Thank you for choosing Orlando Luxury Transportation Service. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before confirming your reservation:
- Notification of Discrepancies: It is your responsibility to notify Orlando Luxury Transportation Service by calling (407) 987 3159 for any discrepancies.
- Booking Payments: When you book with Orlando Luxury Transportation Service, the full cost of transportation will be processed to the customer's credit card upon booking. A non-refundable cancellation fee of 20% applies. By adding your credit card information, you are hereby authorizing Orlando Luxury Transportation Service to charge your card for services rendered.
- Booking Amendments: Any changes to future bookings must be made via email reservations@orlandoluxurytransportservice.com at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time. While we will make every effort to reschedule, availability cannot be guaranteed. Failure to notify us of a rescheduling or fail to show up will result in a charge equivalent to the full one-way fare. Changes reported to the driver will not be processed.
- Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Failure to cancel within this timeframe or failure to show up at the pre-scheduled pick-up time will result in a charge equivalent to the full one-way fare.
- Driver Location: If you are unable to locate our driver at the designated meeting point, you MUST call us immediately at 407 987 3159 so we can assist in locating the driver for you. Remember, DO NOT depart the designated location (airport for example) if you are unable to find the driver. You will be charged FULL 1-WAY FARE if you fail to contact us by phone.
- Baggage Delay Policy and waiting at Airport: If your baggage delay necessitates additional waiting time and paperwork at the airport, we reserve the right to charge for waiting time and additional airport parking. No charges will apply if your flight is delayed, we'll make every effort to promptly dispatch a vehicle to your location. When arriving at the airport, kindly disembark and proceed to baggage claim. We understand the need for restroom breaks and stroller pick-ups, and we accommodate these. Effective communication is vital to have a good experience. Important Note: there is a grace period for the driver to wait at the airport: 30 minutes for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights, calculated from the landing time. Any waiting time beyond this will incur charges every 15 minutes based on the hourly rate of the reserved vehicle. An additional $15 fee applies to international flights.
- Flight Changes: You must notify the office immediately if your flight is canceled or changed. Failure to do so will result in a charge equivalent to the full one-way fare for the reserved vehicle.
- Departure Time: On your departure date, please be prepared to depart at the pre-scheduled time. We allow a 10-minutes grace period (non airport locations) Note: If our driver has not located you within 10 minutes and there has been no contact with our drive or our office, we may instruct the driver to depart the property at our discretion. Note: If you call us 30 minutes after your ride was supposed to start and we have to send the driver back to your hotel, there will be an extra charge depending on where your hotel is. Please let us know at least 48 hours beforehand if you need to change your pickup time. If you don't tell us about the change and we can't fit you in, we'll do our best to send a vehicle to you but there is no guarantee.
- Late/Emergency Pickup: A surcharge will apply for pickups between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM Eastern time.
- Damage Liability: The client assumes full financial liability for any damage caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle during the rental period by them or any members of their party, resulting from negligence. Leaving excessive trash inside will incur a minimum $100 cleaning fee, and if sanitation is necessary after your service, there will be an additional $200 charge.
- Alcohol and Drug Use: By law, alcohol consumption and drug use are strictly prohibited, and violating this rule will incur a minimum charge of $200. Any related fines will be the responsibility of the customer. The driver reserves the right to end the service without a refund in cases of clear misconduct by the client(s). If any liquid products are spilled inside the vehicle, requiring professional cleaning of carpets or seats, a minimum charge of $250 will apply. Additionally, a minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be imposed for any incidents of vomiting inside the vehicle.
- Mechanical Breakdowns: Occasionally, due to flight delays or vehicle issues, there's a possibility you may be transported in a different vehicle than the one originally reserved. Customers are responsible for installing, reinstalling, and inspecting any child seats provided by Orlando Luxury Transportation Service. Our drivers are unable to install child seats due to liability concerns.
- Article Responsibility: We are not responsible for articles left in the vehicles.
- Vehicle Capacity: Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
- Waiver of Liability: Covid-19 Disclosure & Release An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By using our transportation services, you are voluntarily assuming all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. By clicking booking with us, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to Covid-19 exists in any public place where people are present. You and your guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold Orlando Luxury Transportation Services or any of their affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or representatives liable for any illness or injury.
- Waiver of Lawsuit /Liability. I hereby release and forever waive my right to file a lawsuit against Orlando Luxury Transportation Service, its owners, officers, directors, managers, officials, trustees, agents, employees, independent contractors, or any other representatives. I fully understand and acknowledge I am relinquishing my right to bring any claims, including but not limited to those for personal injuries, death, disease, property losses, or any other loss, whether resulting from negligence or otherwise. I agree to waive any claims for damages, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, and fully accept all risks associated with utilizing the services provided by Orlando Luxury Transportation Service.
- Gratuity: Gratuities are included in the price listed in our website.
